A small, intimate, hand-selected gathering coming together at two stunning villas in Tampah Hills, Lombok for a birthday celebration. This is our landing pad after Bali Spirit Festival and the Yawanawa ceremonies. A moment to breathe, integrate, celebrate, and go deeper together.

Your presence is the ultimate gift

James and Anita are celebrating their birthdays with an extended gathering to continue to play and celebrate life together. To help cover the costs of creating this beautiful experience, we are inviting optional contributions.

If you would like to give a gift to support the event, a suggested donation is $150 per person. Your contribution helps us bring in our friend Amir from Bali, a professional videographer and photographer, along with his flight and accommodation. Your donation also gives you the gift of high-quality photos and video footage from the gathering that you can use in your business and on your website.

FAQ

Maybe... Some friends are only joining for Villa Kami (Apr 29 - May 1), and some for Villa Kastil Utara only (May 1 - May 3), and some for the full journey. I have messaged you directly about what we have available for you. Select and confirm your dates on the RSVP form.

We will ride scooters together as a group, from the suggested flights. If you arrive on a different flight, a private car can be arranged for approximately 300,000 - 400,000 IDR (~$20-25 USD).

This is not a formal retreat. It is a gathering of friends. Think Burning Man meets luxury villa meets birthday party. The elemental framework gives the days a natural rhythm, but everything flows organically. Come as you are. Participate in what calls you. Rest when you need to.

Breakfast is included daily with the villa. We have a home cooked dinner on Day 2, Beach Dinner on Day 3, and a BBQ celebration on Day 4 all planned but not included. All other meals will need to be paid by each person. Expect to spend $15-25 per meal for lunches and other dinners. And I expect outside of breakfast, just one other meal per day.

A professional photographer and videographer will be documenting the gathering throughout. This is part of the $150 contribution. Everyone will receive photos and access to raw video footage. This content also serves as proof-of-concept material for future retreats at Tampah Hills, so come camera ready when you feel like it!

Both villas have WiFi. That said, this is an invitation to be present. We encourage putting your phone on airplane mode during ceremonies and shared experiences. The best content comes from being fully in the moment.
